OmZilla never show your complete Name to anyone. When you will ask a question to any expert on OmZilla platform, we show your name just two latter which represent your name. At the time of Numerology we confirm from your end. If you want to show your name to expert then only we will.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Omzilla.com is a platform for Astrologer, Vaastu Consultant, Numerologist, Palmist, Tarot Experts etc(These are all category of Experts). All Experts have their consultancy fee/charges. User can check their Ratings and Public Opinion(R&PO). This is very clear to all users that, Omzilla.com has no Return/Cancellation policy. If Any expert who will not be giving Answer to your query, we will not transfer fee to that expert. After getting an answer, then only Omzilla transfer his fee. If the user’s question is unanswered till 4 working days, then the user can ask for the return submitted fee. In this case, Omzilla will refund the submitted amount of that particular question. In any dispute in a given question’s reply by experts, Only omzilla.com have the power to decide that “the answer is valid or not”?
